1. Definition:
1.1 Yuan Tengfei: refers to the audio listening and downloading tool provided by Lifeano to users (hereinafter referred to as "Yuan Tengfei"), which supports listening to built-in audio in the website and software, and provides users with a client software and website license and services including but not limited to audio program recommendations, friend sharing, etc.
1.2 User: refers to a user who uses, browses, or uploads data to the Yuan Tengfei platform service, referred to as "you" in this agreement.
1.3 Other Users: refers to other Yuan Tengfei users related to the Yuan Tengfei service except for the user himself/herself.
2. Scope of the Agreement:
2.1 This agreement is an agreement between you and Lifeano regarding matters related to user personal information protection and privacy policy in downloading, installing, using, and copying user personal information protection and privacy policy and other related matters in this platform.
2.2 The contents of this agreement also include the relevant agreements, statements, business rules, and announcements issued by Lifeano regarding user personal information protection and privacy policy, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "special rules"). 3. User’s Personal Information Protection and Privacy Policy:

For your account information, Lifeano will use professional encryption storage and transmission methods to ensure information security and will not collect, use, disclose, or publicize it without permission. You are responsible for properly safeguarding the security of your account information and account password. Lifeano will not bear any responsibility for the consequences of the leakage, tampering, deletion, etc. of relevant information under this service due to your reasons.
3.2 Regarding the specific rules for using your account, please comply with the relevant account usage agreements (including but not limited to the "Yuan Tengfei User Registration Service Agreement," "WeChat Software License and Service Agreement"), and other special rules published by Lifeano.
3.3 To provide you with our services, such as after-sales service and customer support, we may require you to provide the personal information necessary for us to provide services to you. If you do not provide personal information, we may not be able to provide our products or services to you. Your agreement to this agreement will be regarded as agreeing to collect your personal information and use it within the scope prescribed by laws and regulations and this agreement.

Except as provided by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this agreement, Lifeano will not disclose users' personal information to third parties without permission. Lifeano adopts professional encryption storage and transmission methods to protect the security of users' personal information.
3.3.3.2 Lifeano will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a complete management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
3.3.3.3 Without your consent, Lifeano will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside Lifeano, except as provided by laws and regulations or agreed in this agreement.
3.3.3.4 You understand and agree that, without disclosing individual user privacy information, Lifeano has the right to analyze the entire user database technically and commercially using the analyzed, organized, and de-identified user database.
3.3.3.5 Account Cancellation
You can apply to cancel your account by contacting our online customer service (WeChat: kefuxiaomi789) or initiating an email to (app@taixuetv.com). Please indicate your account name and account ID so that our customer service can process it as soon as possible. There will be a dedicated person to process and provide you with the latest progress within 48 hours.
3.4 You understand and agree that certain functions of this platform may allow third parties to know user information, for example: When users share relevant content to third-party products/platforms, third parties will know some of your information, including but not limited to WeChat nicknames, WeChat avatars, shared content, etc.; moreover, the information you share after sharing will be displayed on the products/platforms you share (including but not limited to WeChat and other platforms). 3.6 You understand and agree that to better provide services to you, Lifeano can associate the data records of this account on other Lifeano websites and clients (including but not limited to Yuan Tengfei website, Yuan Tengfei client, etc.) under your Yuan Tengfei account, including but not limited to playback records, consumption records, download records, etc. Similarly, Yuan Tengfei can also associate your aforementioned data records on Yuan Tengfei with this account on other Lifeano websites and clients (including but not limited to Yuan Tengfei's website, Yuan Tengfei's client, etc.).
4. Notifications and Deliveries:
4.1 All notices under this agreement may be sent through important page announcements, emails, text messages, or regular mail; such notices will be deemed as delivered to the recipient on the day of sending.
5. Others:
5.1 Your use of this platform is deemed as your reading and agreeing to be bound by this agreement. Lifeano has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can refer to relevant agreement terms in the latest version of this platform, and Lifeano will also announce them prominently on this platform. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use this platform, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using this platform.
5.2 The signing place of this agreement is Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
5.3 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and resolution of disputes of this agreement are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
5.4 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and Lifeano, you should first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction where this agreement is signed.
5.5 The titles of all terms of this agreement are for reading convenience only and do not have any substantive meaning themselves, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.
5.6 If any part of the terms of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain effective and binding on both parties.
